The property has 6 lifts, but only 2 were functioning during our stay. We had to wait almost 1.5 hours just to get a lift, which was extremely frustrating. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and a significant amount of our time was wasted waiting for the lifts. At times, we even had to use the stairs from Level 28 down to the parking area on Level 6. This greatly affected our overall experience and convenience during the stay.

To be honest, the price for this for a family of 8 is good but this is you are willing to put up with noticeable lack of maintenance. This unit is not directly managed by the Silverscape which is a limitation of the host

I can put up with the loose furniture like chairs, tables and cupboards given the price but what was really bad was that only 2 out of 6 lifts were operational which led to long waiting times which can be up to half an hour. The pool was also very dirty which was a disappointment to the children who were looking forward to it. Sadly I vacated after a night due to the deep unhappiness of everyone. Not putting photos as it is a waste of my data and storage

Unable to check in 3 pm due to unit not ready. Should tell us earlier. Able to nego to allow late check out as compensation.

rumah luas, bilik luas, sejuk, view laut, best sangat.

masa hari nak check-out tu air tetibe takde pulak jadinya kami tak sempat mandi, yang sempat kalau yang mandi before pukul 9am, after 9am terus takde air.. and tempat nak cas phone pun tak banyak, tempat nak masak boleh gune 1 je, tv pun susah betul nak faham..
