7° Cielo Apartment - Venezia - Mestre with terrace

The only thing I really liked about this apartment was the decor. The place looks great in the photos and has a stylish, warm feel that initially made me excited to stay there. The way it’s set up gives a good first impression, and if you’re just looking at pictures, it’s easy to be convinced

Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was a letdown. Right from the start, we were given the wrong check-in instructions and even photos of the wrong door. When we called for help, the operator admitted they’d never actually visited the property and couldn’t come to assist us. When we finally got inside, the apartment was shockingly dirty...but like not cleaned for 2 months not a week....my socks turned white (from black) after just a minute, and we found what looked like fossilized mcdonalds in the cupboards. With three young kids, it was really stressful to have to wait around for cleaners to show up after we’d already checked in, especially since there was no apology or real sense of responsibility from the management. The Wi-Fi was basically unusable (which is not a problem because of Eu free roaming), the heating was stuck at 27°C (super hot) with no way to adjust it, and there were termites in the bathroom ceiling, leaving wood dust everywhere. The listing promised a complimentary bottle of wine, but there was nothing waiting for us...just another empty promise. After all these issues, the only compensation offered was a €100 credit to spend in their properties for another stay, which honestly felt like an insult. (Which still never was given) Overall, don’t be fooled by the photos or the promises. The reality of this apartment is nothing like what’s advertised, and the management was completely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Excellent apartment, well-equipped, in a great location, with public transit and good shopping very close.

The location is the best. 5 min walk to the supermarkets and other shops/restaurants in Mestre and 5 min walk to the tram station to get in max 20 min in Venice.

We didn't consider to stay longer. 3 nights is not enough to fully explore Venice and also to spend quality time to enjoy the Bienale.

Comfortable, spatious apartment, suitable for families with children. Easy access to Venice and airport (Treviso or Marco Polo). Supermarket nearby with everything you need.

The room was very spacious. The decor and design was very beautiful. Staffs were very helpful, despite a late check-in we enjoyed the stay a lot. Hope the shower is improved for the next guest! And thank you for the coffee.

Everything was perfect , highly recommend , quiet place , near to the bus station , 10 minutes to Venice
