7° Cielo Apartment - Venezia - Mestre with terrace

Great apartment, everything that you need. Comfy beds, great terrace to enjoy the evenings, good chinese restaurant 3 minutes walk. Highly recommend the stay.

Our stay in your apartment was fantastic. The location is excellent, close to the center of Mestre and easily accessible by bus line 4L and tram T1, providing direct transportation to the center of Venice. The ticket price is 1.5 euros one way, available at the ticket machine at the bus station. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and convenient, suitable for families with children. Everything functions flawlessly. The hosts are always available for any assistance.

Nice and big apartment, well equipped, clean, close to city center. Easy check-in and check out. Very nice terrace. We appreciated the champagne!

1.They forced me to pay the city tax via a link they sent to me and I had to pay 49,78, euro instead of 48 euros. They said that is a bank fee which is not true because they put this fee via this link guestapp.chekin.com, not my bank. Is not correct in my opinion because I'm not obliged to pay that fee online. On Booking the city tax is 48 euros. They didn't agree to pay cash the city tax. If I haven't pay the city tax I couldn't checked-in. 2. When we arrived in the appartment were 17 degrees, which is not ok for December. We tried to start the central heating but the radiators didn't heat at all because the central heating was turned off. Finally we find out that the only heating source is air conditioner, which was NOT OK AT ALL. In the bathroom was very cold to take a shower. In the bedroom was a very old air conditioner which was near the bed and it couldn't be used during the night and until morning was very cold in the room. They tried to explained to us how to used the air conditioner like we were stupid people, but we asked to turned on the central heating because in the house there were radiators.....The maximum outside temperature was 8 degrees on 1 January!!! 3. When we clean the dishes we find out that we have a big problem with the sink drain. It was blocked! Was very disturbing to celebrate the New Year in these conditions. I can't believe that when the apartment was cleaned they didn't notice that is a problem with the drain. 4. The coffee machine didn't work 5. We asked for check-out at 11:30-12:00. First she said ok, but to give a good feedback!!!! but in the morning she said 11. 6. The phone number on Booking is from Thailand not from Italy. The only way to communicate was via Booking 7. The appartment is administrated by a company

The location is great, it’s not far from the train station(Mestre) and there are buses going straight to the Venice main island, the kitchen is perfect and all the equipment works pretty well

The apartment was a spacious and excellent large balcony which, due to weather we didn't use it, but a great feeling of space..it was very well equipped. The host Alessio was exceptionnal. I needed to get on a few times, minor issues. (Eg forgot name of street it was on ,and he gave taxi directions).answered straight away. Overall we have stayed in places all over the world and this was one of the cosiest places we have ever had the pleasure to stay.. We forgot my wife's glasses and Alessio gas promised to post it on to us Monday. Excellent service

The apartment for us was a bit distant from shops, but we are an older couple who have difficulty walking. But for anyone who has no difficulty walking it would be no bother.
