Everything! The rooms and common areas are bright and clean. So relaxing, everything and more is provided. Nice selection of convenience breakfast. Staff is so sweet & attentive. Will definitely stay here in the future! What a gem

Das Zimmer ist mit allem Ausgestattet was es braucht. Gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum zum verweilen. Herzlicher Gastfeber, der uns alles gebracht hat was wir brauchen. Bequeme Betten.

..ho avuto un problema per un doppio addebito della camera che l’efficiente assistenza clienti di Booking ha risolto qualche giorno dopo il rientro in Italia..

Very thin walls. Can here everything from the hallway

It was clean, quiet, great location. Staff was very helpful. Loved the registration processes. Quick and easy. Rooms had an upscale hotel feel. Prices were very reasonable. I would stay again if ever in this area.

Had issues with hot water not working. But it was fixed very fast.

Everything overall

I was not able to check in. At 9:34pm I received a text that said that if I'm arriving after 10pm it would be a self-checking in process and that I need to fill a form to get the instructions. I was on a flight so was only able to fill the form when I landed late at night. I arrived to the hotel at 2:15 am and still haven't received my check-in instructions. No one picked up the phone or responded to my messages. After 20 minutes of trying I left and went somewhere else. To my astonishment, the hotel wouldn't even refund me, let alone compensate me for getting stranded outside in the middle of the night in a rural area. Unbelievable
