"Our New Go-To at Mt. Snow"

The family room was perfect for our group and the space was lovely with comfy beds. The host/owner was pleasant and accommodating. Kids loved the hot cocoa in the lobby.

Not even a thing I "didn't like" but more some things to just be aware of if booking the family room with the loft. First, the loft does have a low ceiling and narrow stairs to access. Great (and fun) for kids but adults might not enjoy. The only bathroom is inside the master, also not an issue for us but some might not love this. There is a lobby bathroom in the hall 4 steps away however.

"If the rate is good - clean hotel with good bathrooms but needs a front desk presence."

Newly renovated. Clean bathroom. Room was clean, warm, had a fridge. Rate for the weekend was excellent.

No staff at desk, tv’s did not have cable or any real service outside of guest’s own account. Power went out in main room in lobby during breakfast, called and texted contact number, no response given.

Newly renovated with clean modern look. Hot shower, comfy bed and location was perfect. Pleasantly surprised by our stay and will definitely consider this place in the future. Check in was simple with no interaction with front desk.New smart television was also a bonus. Very happy we stayed here.

My only complaint is the breakfast selection was non existent on our last day. Sunday morning had plenty of options. Monday morning… nothing

Pretty location Nicely designed/ decorated

This converted motel was a service free model. Breakfast was included however the staff member didn’t arrive so nothing was available to eat. We also had to contact the owner for some basics such as soap. A partial refund was provided by the owner working with Booking.com

The service was top notch. Tony bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. Everything was very clean and the common room was very comfortable and cozy with a full complement of hot drinks available.

It would have been perfect if the leaves hadn't peaked the week before. Can you do something about that? ;)
