Rooms are very simple and small but nicely doneand clean. The location is great in terms of restaurants and ski at Mount Snow

There are no one in the hotel reception and they are not answering the phone or text messages. We stayed 2 days and didn't see anyone. There is supposed to be a self served breakfast from 7-11 a.m. on the first morning the food was out but on the second there was nothing. Our room hasn't been cleaned or had any turnover during our stay and we didn't see any housekeeping on the place. Overall,if you are looking for a place just to sleep and shower it is simple and clean but hopefully you won't need anything or will have any problem cause you don't have anyone to talk to

Chalet 239 was a newly remodeled, extremely clean place to stay. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The continental breakfast had many choices, such as bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, and juice. The owners texted to check to make sure that everything was fine and to let them know if there was anything that I needed. I highly recommend 249! It's less than 5 minutes to Mt. Snow!

There was nothing that I didn't like.
