Whitby Old Town Stay, Sleeps 4, The Nest

Amazing location, beautiful apartment and so clean! The hosts were really helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfectly located

The property is very well appointed, super clean and cosy. The space is excellent for two people and our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and ample food storage although is located in the centre close to all restaurants and cafes. Although on the Main Street and an apartment it was super quiet and no noise disturbances. Lovely toiletries and super comfy bed

Three flights of stairs was a challenge after walking to Robin Hood bay. The hallway doesn’t match the lovely apartment

Apartment was lovely, All the facilities and comfort you need. Short of nothing.very clean.excellent liason with owners.

There is 43 steps from the entrance to the apartment front door I was ok,my dog was fine,but wife struggled a little. Its not a major issue,but did effect our stay. We aren't lazy,as we walk a lot. But steps 6 times a day is difficult if you aren't very fit

Lovely little apartment, split across two levels at the top of a house facing onto Whitby’s historic (and pedestrianised) Church street. Plenty of space for our family of four (plus dog!) and lots of nice little touches. You are so close to the historic centre, abbey and lots of life, whilst a hop across the bridge takes you to the quayside. There’s also quick access to green space up some steps nearby towards the back of the Abbey. We had a lovely stay at The Nest and in Whitby as a whole and would happily recommend to others. Our hosts were very kind and attentive, responsive to any queries and clearly care

Only caveat would be that parking (public car park) is a couple of minutes walk away (no easy car access to any properties on Church street) and there are several flights of stairs so brilliant for us with teenage children but maybe less ideally situated if you have restricted mobility or babies in pushchairs.
