The location was good, enough space and all the facilities.

Great location, large and very nice apartment, Close to the train station and metro, supermarket just opposite, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Probably not intended for winter. There is no heating, only air conditioning in the bedroom with which you can also heat something. The second air conditioner in the much larger living-dining room has no heating function. There is no heating at all in the bathroom. So it is freezing cold. Of course the towels never get dry either... At breakfast we sat with our winterjacket. The toilet drips terribly which is a bit annoying. (01/2024) There is only one glass door directly from the street. It is therefore very bright and noisy - sleeping on the pull-out couch is impossible. The cleaning leaves something to be desired. I put my laptop sleeve on the top shelf of the closet. Then I was able to clean it as it was full of lurch. By the way: The access data for the WLAN is located directly on the router on the washing machine. if you know your way around.. The access data you are given is not correct. Note: although actually on the first floor directly on the street, unfortunately not handicapped accessible - missed opportunity.

Spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment. It is located in a nice neighborhood and close to the center.

The entrance is directly from the street.

Very spacious and great position

It does not appear in the advertisement that the flat is on the ground floor, so for those sleeping on the sofa bed it is more exposed to street noise. The garden shown in the photo is inside. Cleanliness is definitely to be improved, there was a lot of dust.

We loved everything about the property apart from the ‘terrace’, it looked on to an extremely run down yard

Truly 5 star quality. We will strongly recommend to all Singapore friends and family. The location is also very ideal and convenient. This is a fantastic spacious, clean and new apartment. And the host Senor Eduardo is super friendly and helpful, including food and supermarket recommendations. When in Valencia, this is the ultimate value-for-money accomodation of choice.

No negative comments that my family or me could think of.
