Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war top und frisch zubereitet. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war toll.

Teljesen felújított, izlésesen illeszkedik a városképbe, mégis egy Designer Hotel, luxus kivitelben. A belső terek mesések, minden jól átgondoltan tervezett, és nagyon harmonikus.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff make you feel like home and are very helpful. In the middle of the city and the ambiance is so nice.

Nettes kleines Boutique Hotel in top Lage, sehr sauber, super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, großes Dankeschön an Mr. Yan-Yan, der unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Hervorzuheben ist auch noch der super Kaffee 😉

Wir hatten leider einen sehr schlechten Wlan Empfang in unserem Zimmer. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher und frischer sein..

There was no air conditioning in the lobby, bar, or restaurant. With the high temperatures during my visit, it was extremely uncomfortable to relax or dine in these areas. The swimming pool was surprisingly small — it was no more than about 3x2 meters. The room was poorly insulated and located next to a busy main road, which meant constant traffic noise throughout the day and night. Additionally, the room’s decor featured exposed stones and cement surfaces, which are not suitable for people with severe allergies or respiratory conditions. As a hyperallergic person, I found the environment potentially triggering for asthma attacks, making the stay uncomfortable and concerning. Lastly, I was shocked to learn that losing a key card results in a charge of 40 euros per key. This seems excessive compared to other hotels that simply provide a free replacement immediately. A major concern is that the reception is not staffed during evening and nighttime hours, meaning you risk being locked out of your room with no immediate assistance. There was only one bartender on duty, and when I asked for help to call a taxi, they were unable to assist because the phone was missing. This lack of support was frustrating and inconvenient.

Great staff who made you feel at home. Perfect location with a swimming pool in the garden.

I loved the central location in the old town and the short walk to the waters edge. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and a couple of minor issues we had were promptly sorted.The suite we had was lovely, spacious and really clean. The pool area although small was a little Oasis of calm and a great facility to have. Breakfast was good, partially served, a calm environment and a great start to the day.

The main road at the rear of the property was very noisy but the triple glazed windows sorted that and our room faced the front with the bathrooms at the rear. If I was being really picky some new furniture on the balcony and a small parasol for a little shade in the afternoon would be really great.
