Bathroom door needs fixing and could do with a better cleaner

The house was clean kitchen was good comfortable enough staff on the phone were friendly and always communicated right away.

The shower didn't really work went freezing cold had to mess with the thermostat on it get it right start showering again and it would go freezing again bathroom was spotless tho can't complain about the cleanliness of it just maybe a new shower

The Location was great, just 10 minutes walk to the centre.

Parking is not great, however we were very lucky and found a space outside the house.

Good location perfect for walking into city. Nice big rooms well furnished. Nice touch with wine crisps and biscuits

No blind in bathroom. And would have been nice to have some instructions on shower and heating

The house was cosy and suitable for what we needed some areas could do with some TLC and we had issues with the WI-FI.

Issues with WI-FI someone came to replace the router but it didnt work still had issues throughout our stay.

The location was good and was a lovely little street and very quiet.

House lots of cobwebs around. No doors downstairs so one of the adults had to sit in the hall as we had a baby crawling around, it didn't state anywhere that there were no doors. Bits on the floor like it hadn't been hoovered properly. Settea had big stains on it. One of the children's feet were black after being barefoot for around half an hour. The shower completely flooded the bathroom, but to be fair they did get someone out to sort it very quickly. The mattress for us was uncomfortable and could feel the base of the bed when lying on it, but that is a personal choice that we don't like soft mattresses. As someone who cleans holiday let's myself, I don't feel the cleanliness standards were up to par with what you would expect for the price we paid. I don't feel that this property is worth the price that we paid. And unfortunately I don't think we would stay here again.

The house was clean and comfortable and a 5 minute walk in to the city. Good communication and easy access.

Parking was free but a few streets away from the house as there were no spaces nearby.
