The location was ok, but the treatment from the staff was very poor 😕

Great stay in general, and I appreciated that there was a gym in the building (Planet Fitness - extra charge). Moreover, I appreciated the daily housekeeping and cleaning of the apartment. In addition, it's really easy to get from the apartment to anywhere in cape town by bolt/uber and there were plenty of good coffee shops and brunch places near by such as 'Loading Bay', 'Pauline's Greenpoint' or 'Espressolab De Waterkant' - this place is also good if you need to work a bit. The beds were really comfortable, but as a Dutch the bed was slightly short but I got used to it :)).

The only drawback with this place is that there was a 24 hour security desk by the lifts, and they have strict policy of not letting any guests up into the apartment apart from those staying there. You also had to register your face (Face ID) in order to be able to use the lifts. Great security, but not ideal if you have other friends in the area and they need to come up for some reason.

I love the setting it’s okay.

The property is too dull and plain and need a bit more flavour and more work to make it look beautiful. The cleaners must actually do thoroughly cleaning because I found a dry old condom under the bed.

Hidden policies of visitors that are not allowed,of which that is not on booking .com policies you only saw them after payment that is nonrefundable,not even a waiting room where you can meet your visitors,so unfortunately that we are here to meet our families and friends.Rooms not ventilated just health hazards,very hot,small with beds based made of wood,corners that hurt me a lot, Worst part costs that you see on booking .com are not the same as prices they deducted during payment there is cleaning fee that is not on booking.com Will never ever use that accomodation not recommended
