I found the location to be perfect for my needs. It was close to the bank, restaurants, grocery store, and coffee places. The noise level was great as the apartment complex was on a main though fare. The security was great; I felt very safe.The door man was very helpful. The landlord was very responsive to my needs. The apartment had a washer/dryer machine as well as a full kitchen. This place was perfect in every way. When I return, this is where I am staying.

The neighborhood is good, but not a real plus, since there is suche a wide range of options in Miraflores.

I cannot recommend staying here. This was, unfortunately, my least pleasant stay to date in Peru. At first glance the apartment is fine, but everything was smelly and shabby, not clean. Clearly not within the cosy range, simply sordid. The bed was trash and the shower did not work sufficiently. Pre-arrival communication was excessive and overbearing, with constant, unnecessary messages starting directly after completing the booking. While they do require a security deposit—which is their right—the process of getting it back was an absolute ordeal. They became completely unresponsive and slow to act once it was time to return my funds. Dealing with them was a frustrating and tiresome experience from start to finish.
