For the price we paid we liked everything .

The location is near the city center. But it is very quiet place. Breakfast is perfect. The staff, Luisa was very kind and sh e helped me what I wanted.

Quiet, comfortable

The hotel has an ideal location for exploring the whole city. Our room was comfortable and pretty quiet, the breakfast is generous and delicious, and the view from the rooftop terrace is wonderful. Beyond all this, the staff couldn’t be nicer or more welcoming, and they patiently and promptly responded to my every question. Also, the shuttle from the airport was very convenient!

The hotel is a true gem! The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The two-course breakfasts are delicious, and the atmosphere in the hotel feels just like grandma's house – cozy and full of warmth. Highly recommend!

A gem in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. It was very quiet at night. The beds are memory foam. The staff in particular Luisa was exceptional in friendliness and service. We would return again.

A Cozy Gem in Antigua I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel during my visit to Antigua, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by two lovely ladies who run the property. While they don’t speak English, communicating in Spanish, even with my limited skills, was surprisingly easy and added a delightful local touch to the stay. My room was located upstairs and was both clean and comfortable. Although there were no windows, this helped maintain a pleasant coolness during the hot days and nights in Guatemala. The room was well-lit, equipped with a fan, and the bed—though softer than my usual preference—was incredibly cozy. A clean bathroom, a complimentary bottle of water, some treats, and a welcoming cup of coffee at check-in added thoughtful touches to the experience. The hotel is small but very functional and conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions in the city. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Each evening, the hosts would ask what time I planned to wake up so they could prepare a fresh meal for me. Breakfast was served either in the downstairs kitchen or on the upstairs terrace, which offered absolutely stunning views. The meal itself was simple but hearty: pancakes, eggs, bread, fruit, coffee, and orange juice—a perfect way to start the day. The 24/7 access to the hotel and the accommodating nature of the hosts made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming place with a family atmosphere in Antigua, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a lovely spot that combines comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.
