Flat was good , all things were there, excellent location

Lock was a problem took 30 min to open it, Towels were not clean

Good location for all attractions and amenities

Shower heads could do with a really good clean and the en suite shower tray just fills up with water so can't shower for long. No live TV channels in living area.

The bed was very uncomfortable both of them, the shower has worms on the was not very clean, the blankets were not clean, the towels smell used and not cleaned, homeless on the front door of the apartment till very late loud and knocking on the window, sent a message to the host with all the issues, never replay

Location was great to get in and out of Belfast and the apartment served us well from this perspective. Information about the apartment was very handy and what was in the local area.

Cleanliness was poor, bedding not clean in second bedroom and bathrooms also had lots of mould. The apartment is very worn too.

Great location, free parking available, very good communication, all information provided on time.

Soft mattresses, creaking bed.

On day of checking out there was no hot water for showers or dishes to wash 🤔
