Very close to the beach / restaurants. Great breakfast with good cappuccino. Nice standard room with terrace. 2 big pools with confortable sun beds and fresh towels.

The shower was leaking and the floor became slippery.

It is a neat and clean place. Well laid out. Kamari is beautiful, away from the hustle and chaos of Fira but very easy to approach Fira by bus. Airport is also super close by and the beach is so beautiful. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly here. Staff is super friendly and warm. Especially Maria - she was so sweet ! Rooms are nice and. Leaned regularly.

The location of the hotel is really good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and the staff are super helpful. On arrival we had a tour of the hotel facilities along with welcome drinks and also a bottle of prosecco and a platter of fruit within the suite, which I though was a really nice touch. The two pools are great and we managed to spend some time around them. I liked they were close to the rooms and the bar, so you could pop into both easily. The pricing of the food and drinks is good.

Breakfast could have been better, most of the hot food is a tad on the cold side and although there is a choice of continental and English, they remain the same every day. It would have been nice to have a different assortment of eggs available. We booked a suite and found it dated. The bathroom was held together with mastic, the TVs and aircon are very old and the bed was not comfortable due to the dip in the middle! The hotel is advertised as a 5-star hotel, I would suggest it's more 4-star. The coffee machine in the room has coffee pods you have to pay for (not even one pod is free!), although tea bags are provided, there are no suitable cups, just espresso cups in the room. There was no information within the room on the services or menus available at the hotel and the spa is not manned, you need to book via reception and an outside company will come in. I ended up going to an external salon as you need to book too far in advance. Whenever we went to reception to enquire or ask for cups / irons, we were helped without any issue, but no everyone wants to constantly have to ask, these things should be available in a 5-star hotel.

Service impecabil , mereu zâmbeau , mereu gata să te ajute cu absolut orice . Mâncarea delicioasă . Ne-am simțit cu adevărat confortabil și am avut o ședere plăcută ! Mulțumim întregii echipe😘
