Staff molto gentile e cordiale, camera spaziosa e pulita cibo ottimo, posizione molto vantaggiosa per prendere autobus che ti collega con i vari punti da visitare.

Everything, the workers are soo nice and very helpful. The lady at the bar was so lovely. I loved the breakfast buffet, we had a variety to choose fromThe room was always cool coz of air conditioning. That was really nice especially after a long day in the heat of Greece. The swimming pools on the property were also nice and always clean. Our room had a jacuzzi and that was cool.The hotel was so close to the airport and not too far from the bus station too. Having the beach 500m away was so lovely and so many restaurants nearby. We loved the beach so much because of the free sunbeds comparing to where we were coming from paying €40 for a sun bed. I would stay here over and over again if i was to come back to Greece. Kamari is quite relaxed compared to the other towns.

All was great!

1. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, with a few exceptions. 2. Very nice pool areas, bar and some facilities. Overall hotel location too. 3. Very good masseuse at the spa. 4. Spacious room and bathroom.

1. Water pressure was extremely bad, even at late hours. This is, of course, to be expected in Greece, especially on islands, but not at the 5 star hotel. 2. Breakfast selection, although nice and sufficient for me, once again does not reflect the 5 stars. 3. The room description clearly states that it is soundproof. This is simply a lie. And with the airport being literally next door, we were really hoping it would dampen the sound of jets going over our heads. 4. You actually get charged for the coffee cartridges for the espresso machine in your room. Which is kind of hilarious and cheap and no upper class hotels ANYWHERE actually do this. Mini bar charges are normal, but come on... Coffee cartridges? 5. The biggest blunder consisted of the shocking revelation that "we" booked a field trip on my name (not room number, mind you), which we clearly did not neither book nor attend. And it was included on the room tab. Naturally, we ended up not paying it and I would have made a bigger fuss about it if we had not kind of been pressed for time and had to leave in order to catch our flight. One person only was present at the reception and it took him a while to clear it up (I actually kind of doubt that he did, but he had no choice but to clear the air). Makes you wonder how can someone "sign up" for a field trip, using your name, which was clearly only available to the staff (we made no introduction to a single guest nor talked to any agency during our stay). 6. The "taxi" to the airport we had ordered 2 days in advance was late. And then I found out they only actually started their way to the hotel once the reception clerk phoned them. Ten minutes after they were supposed to arrive. And then we realized they were not a taxi at all, but a mini van owned by the same tourist company mentioned above in item 5 (FYI, "Kamari Tours", the biggest tour agency on the island). And they were already on the way there to pick up other people.
