The room was perfect! Clean and gorgeous Mexican style decorations, very comfortable cause you can control the air conditioner and always have warm water in the shower. The water pressure was perfect.

Absolutely nothing it was perfect, but the coffee they served was terrible

We arrived there pretty late, around 1030pm. The receptionist was waiting for us to make sure we arrived safely and showed us to our room. From that moment on, everything about the hotel was great! Super clean, amazingly located (as we found out kater on), almost no noise from the street (bearing in mind it is located right on the 5th ave). They serve coffee and some cookies every morning and the crew there is helpful and is always willing to help with finding a taxi driver or provide recommendations. We highly recommend

El estilo del hotel La atención de la recepcionista. Nos pareció muy agradable y una conversación muy interesante

It was very centrally located, so noisy, but with earplugs manageable. Room was nice, bed comfortable, garden beautiful.

TV wasn't working correctly, but it didn't matter anyway for us, because we had little time to watch it

Although the hotel is located on a very busy street—which, by the way, cannot be accessed by car—the soundproofing was excellent. The room was very beautiful, stylish, and well decorated. There is a cozy courtyard, and everything was clean and well maintained. The street itself is very noisy, but for a short stay and getting to know Playa del Carmen, it’s a perfect choice.

The only odd thing was breakfast—when we arrived, there was only coffee and tea available, which felt quite strange 🙂
