Hotel Lunata - 5th Avenue

Bellissimo stile. Diverso dagli altri hotel. Tutti i dettagli erano curati, incluso il giardino. Ha molto l'aspetto di un posto premium

Purtroppo la sera si sente la musica forte della quinta avenue. I vetri delle finestre sono doppi e spessi ma la musica si sente. Con i tappi per le orecchie (presi in una delle tante farmacie lì vicino) si risolve tutto

Le personnel est très réactif et très aimable La chambre était belle

L’établissement se trouve sur la 5eme avenue et n’a malheureusement pas les équipements nécessaires pour isoler le bruit. Extrêmement bruyant donc pas adapté du tout au repos ou aux visites matinales

A pousada tem uma excelente localização, é possível fazer tudo a pé, inclusive pegar o ferry para Cozumel, sem falar que é exatamente na 5ª Avenida então você sai de dia e a noite sem precisar de carro, possuindo restaurantes, lojas, shopping, etc. Fica próxima de estacionamento pago e como eu estava de carro foi muito prático, deixei o carro sem problemas. A recepcionista da pousada muito prestativa e disposta a ajudar e dar dicas, assim como os demais funcionários que tive contato também. Ficaria hospedada novamente com certeza.

Não gostei da localização do quarto TITAN que ficamos acomodados, pois era exatamente de frente para a 5ª Avenida e o som vai até umas 2hs/3hs da madrugada, então para quem tem o sono leve fica bem ruim de descansar.

This truly was an oasis in the middle of a very touristed area. There is a beautiful green courtyard with tables and chairs to enjoy morning coffee and just get away from the crowds and the concrete. The rooms are large and charming and we had a wonderful terrace overlooking the courtyard. A mini fridge and fresh filtered, hot or cold water outside our door was a great convenience. The location is in a very busy but central part of Playa del Carmen. You are minutes from the beach.And the ferries to cosimel are walkable, even with your suitcases. We really enjoyed the hotel. Although less so, the the immediate area. The staff were amazing and so warm and accommodating.

The area was very touristy and the noise level was particularly high.

Very good location and beautiful traditional design with old charm. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Friendly and helpful stuff.

Street side room can be litle noisy but its not hotel fault.
