New 5 BDRM W/Pool, Observation Deck Walk to Beach!

Worn out beds and dining table chairs, chipped wall paint, towel distribution, no gutter on stairs when raining, no creative name for house?

location was good. it was just under a 10 min walk down to the beach. I liked that the house was equipped with most of everything we needed.

the description of the house said it had 5 bathrooms and it did not. the downstairs which is a separate entrance from the upstairs, it has 2 bedrooms and one shared bathroom and a mini kitchen and living room, upstairs is the full house with living and kitchen, 2 of the bedrooms are on suites with their own private bathrooms and the other bedroom has bunkbeds and there is another bathroom across the hall that is shared with everyone else. the description also said it had a pool and hot tub but they are across the street as a shared community pool. it also said it had an indoor play area for the kids which was in the garage with 2 video games. we thought it would have been geared more for smaller kids since it said indoor play area. in all the place was great and it served our needs and the location was good.

Location. Clean. Dog friendly. Well-stocked kitchen. View of Gulf. Walk to beach in a few minutes. The furnishings are very tasteful, and there is plenty of seating. Shared neighborhood pool and hot tub.

Beds in three of the five bed rooms were slat bed style and were rickety and creaky. There was no box spring. Mattresses were good, but support was not. It seemed like beds needed to be tightened and were put together in a hurry.

Beautiful property and very spacious.
