Ca' Laura - Murano Centro - 10 min from Venice

Seht gut sortierte Küche und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Großzüg, viel Platz, Tolle Lage, ruhig. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wasserbus in der Nähe. Gastgeber empfangen einen freundlich, erklären und zeigen alles.

Tout était parfait. L'appartement est conforme à la description et très bien placé.

Très bel appartement situé dans une petite rue à 10 min des points de départ des bateaux pour Venise et pour l'aéroport. Très bon accueil malgré notre arrivée tardive.

給湯器のスイッチがはいっておらず、シャワーのお湯が最初に出なかった。 ただ、WhatsAppで連絡したところ、すぐに解決してもらえた。

Appartamento molto grande, con anche terrazzino, nel cuore di Murano ma lontano dal caos dei turisti. Cucina ben accessoriata, sala e camera da letto spaziose. Letto abbastanza comodo.

Servirebbe una pulizia più approfondita. L'appartamento non era sporco ma c'era molta polvere depositata su quelle superfici abitualmente non in uso. La cornetta della doccia potrebbe essere rinnovata.

Great location in Murano and the main apartment was reasonably good. A bit lacking in crockery/cutlery/glasses, much more geared towards two persons. Unfortunately we were travelling as two couples. As the younger couple we got the "room" across the walkway which we would consider substandard. Hence as two couples we would each have a different experience of the accommodation as the main apartment was ok.

There are two bedrooms, one in the apartment itself, and one a separate "room" across an outside first floor patio area. The separate room is basically substandard for the following reasons:- No access to toilet or bathroom facilities at night if the apartment side walkway door is closed. No clear fire exit for the same reasons Leaving the apartment door open to make bathroom facilities available a security risk. Room damp and smelling of mould. Ultra cheap self disassembling furniture, I repeatedly had to reassemble the chest of drawers, which we gave up on after 24 hours and had to leave our clothes out. Pretty grotty sink in bedroom, but passable for a shave, teeth cleaning. Poor mains power, one USB battery powered bedside lamp, uncharged when we arrived. Only one mains socket usable in the bedroom part. Thin curtains meaning privacy in the room compromised when the room lit. No WiFi in separate room. In main apartment the WiFi is low performance 5Mbps down/0.2Mbps up. There is a TV but it is very old and lacks smart facilities so no ability to watch Netflix etc leaving only main Italian channels. We do, however, feel Ca'Laura has potential. The separate room needs substantial renovation and has room for at least a toilet and a nice sink. Better access to the main apartment from the "annex". Attention to detail with crockery/cutlery etc in the main apartment if two couples are to be accommodated. A better TV with smart facilities for evenings in in poor weather. Better quality internet/WiFi
