"Clean , warm and practical"

there is everything you need. clean and very well located ( 50 meters from ACTV stop and 100 meters from Supermarket).Ideal if you want to stay close to Venice but faraway from the crowd.Hosts are very helpful and extremely kind

location was great. easy to get to public transport. the friendly cat on the porch was wonderful.

we couldn’t get the front door to lock with the key provided.
