Superior 1-Bed Apartment with 2 Sofa Beds Sleeps 6

This property is in a block which houses quite undesirable people. Lots of comings and goings!

As you walk into the building you are greeted with soiled mattresses and duvets piled high under the staircase. The flat itself had not been hoovered and the cupboards were covered in crumbs and empty wrappers. The bed head boards were covered in what one can only think of as YEARS of dust. If you don’t believe me look at the images below. We had no TV for more than 24hrs as the remote was lost and the sky remote didn’t work.

Left my property inside whent back to collect still haven't received it back the bag worth about £2000

Very spacious and cleans

Wasn’t a shop in walking distance and no freezer

This was a nice and spacious property. I would have preferred if it was more clean. It had a smell in the rooms and when the sofa beds were opened they were full of crumbs. Not enough toiletries for 5 ppl. We had an issue with the TV remote not working which was resolved promptly.

All rooms are nice and clean and warm. Would recommend to others but they have to sort their communication between customers.

Check in was very nervous, couldn't find our apartment, phone number what was left on booking.com didn't reply on calls and messages. Luckily we got another contact number but still replies were very slow. In a result they sent us new address with different key pin number. Planned to check in at 4pm but because all of that checked in only after 7pm.
