Lovely 2 Bed Flat/Apt in East London- Nice Estate.

It was close to the train station and shopping centre

The property was not as stated in Booking.com! The entrance door to the building was partly broken and the environment dirty. Everything was falling apart in the apartment. I was scared of touching anything but so as not to damage things. Ridiculous to say the least. My children were disappointed and so was I.

Good flat in a safe, quiet neighbourhood which is 10 minutes walk from the nearest Tube station. Easy to get to, spacious parking space. At least two convenience stores within a minute’s walk. Very comfortable beds in the two rooms and the sofa in the lounge; we had a fantastic sleep. Good functioning Wifi, plus other amenities like a well stocked kitchen, large fridge and fans. The owner was prompt with communications and helpful.

Nothing in particular that we did not like but if there is anything that can be improved, it is the slightly worn out decor and a bit of loose woodwork in the kitchen. But then, these were not important to us as we used the flat mainly to crash out in the evenings having roamed London all day. To that end, the comfort of the beds and the quietness that this accommodation provided, and the proximity to the tube station, they mattered the most. Would happily recommend if your requirements are like ours, and would like to go back again.

This is not as advertised Not 3 beds only 2 Not 2 bathrooms Not on a nice estate Apartment is very badly maintained Kitchen cupboards all damaged Flooring in kitchen damaged Mould everywhere Extension cables every socket Sofa recliner broken not in good condition Entrance door all damaged When enquired about 3 beds in the posting oh sorry it shouldn’t be like that but it still is This apartment should be taken off this platform and refurbished

The property is very clean and spacious for family comfortability.

Cleanliness and easy to access

I stayed with two daughters,the rooms are spacious for us. The apartment has complete equipments like washing machine, hairdryer, kitchen stuff ect, so make us feel at home. The apartment also verh tidy and clean, our stay was very comfortable. Mariam is very nice person and very helpfull and communicative Location is great only walking distance to train station and groceries and restaurants

Its a very comfortable flat, very well equiped, you have all you need for cooking, and the bed and sofa is very comfortable. The landlady is very nice as well .

Maybe upgrading the heaters, and some minor tired furniture in the bathroom and painting, will give an extra boost to the flat.
