LCPlace was clean. Family oriented Spacious We are happy that all our communication was via email and our experience can be corroborated.
There was no Air Conditioning as initially advertised. We spent 1 night and had to leave the place due to my son's health condition and lack of AC Left over food in the kitchen / Fridge The host was very dismissive and not open to discussion. Host realized the issue we pointed out and subsequently removed the AC option from the booking options and apartment description but refused to discuss our refund.
NGThe apartment was well looked after, very clean and well set. It felt like home away from home.
Nothing really...just to keep improving and not lower the standard. Definitely great place to stay.
