Très bon emplacement, beaucoup de place et de confort, très bon accueil de notre hôte.

Good location, spacious apartment - supermarket and restaurants near by. Lovely view of the river from the balcony. Nice promenade walks along the river. The kids enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. Hosts provided detailed instructions for accessing the property.

There are posters everywhere stating that Airbnb rentals and short term lets are not allowed in the residential block - it made me feel a bit uneasy. The facilities need updating.

Location and supply of amenities, eg shower gel etc was good. Towels and linens were very good. Beds comfortable.and clean

The building built 1996;hasn't been maintained. Common areas are shabby, one shower did not work the furniture is old and uncomfortable. no cups in kitchen. The smart tv needs instructions on how to operate. There are signs everywhere see photos saying short term rentals are illegal which is off-putting.

Strategic location to eateries, shopping and easy to get taxi. The apartment was stocked with all the necessary compliments such as hand wash, toilet rolls, garbage bag etc. The refrigerator, microwave oven and washing machine were all in working condition. The agent was very friendly and even extended our check out to 1pm.

The aircond in the living area needs to be serviced as the air was not cold and the unit gets very hot in the morning with direct sunlight coming in from the balcony.

The apartment is in a fabulous location, looking out on the river and in a central location. The host is extremely helpful, offering travel advice and even had handy scales to weigh our baggage. Perfect for a stay in Kuching.
