Strategic position, great value for money, extremely friendly staff. Mr Wong was super available to solve any issue

Not deeply clean but not dirty either, in general quite old, even if still works for what it's supposed to be

Great location, great view. Confortable beds. And really nice host. Nice and big swimming pool. Everything was great.

An excellent stay: the apartment is very large and has all the comforts you could need, including a washing machine, drying rack, iron, good air conditioning, excellent wifi and a fully functional TV. In addition, you will find plenty of detergents and shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has everything you need for your cooking. The building is historic and is also occupied by the Brunei Consulate and another hotel. The apartment has a large terrace from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the river and the enormous government pagoda. The sunsets from here are fabulous. The location is exceptional, close to everything, and the exit gives directly onto the riverside walk. The swimming pool on the 16th floor is very enjoyable.

The location in Kuching is superb. Our apartment overlooked the river and was a short walk from many attractions and activities. Our. Host was responsive and very friendly. It was a great stay!
