CAThe hotel was very well maintained. Staff was almost always available to assist.
The mention of a shuttle but the lack of was disappointing. The hotel is on a very steep hill, therefore not suitable for families with children and elderly members.

GBI messaged the property when booking the hotel that I will be arriving late, and they cancelled the booking on the same day leaving me without a room and in ihram with luggage. They were very rude aswell
