SASAGBThe location was great! It gives easy access to Haram with shuttle and buses on the wait to transport pilgrims/visitors for Free which take only about 5-10min max.
Cleanliness: Washroom needs cleaning more often for families and guest staying more than a week. Supply of “Toiletries” is really poor and this need improving.

GBThe hotel price and location were reasonable.
Staff didn't bother much about customers. Hotel AC was not up to standard. I had an argument with the staff about e-visa which they didn't understand much.
