They need to provide better cooking utensils. The room gets hot

The location is very centric and close to gorgeous attractions. There are convenience stores right around the corner. The room was quite clean. They have a friendly and helpful staff, and a daily room service (cleaning). The price is reasonable considering the amazing location. Thanks for the good service!

Due to the centric location, there is a lot of traffic noise from the street at all times. And we couldn’t keep the windows* always closed because the room itself lacks ventilation and would quickly become stuffy (as there’s no AC). *Note: I refer to the windows in the bathroom and the kitchenette only. The bedroom windows do not open. The WiFi connection was kinda weak, and there weren’t any electrical outlets near the bed.

Comfortable

The bed was great - the room were big enough. The frontdesk guys/security guards were super friendly and helpful.

The cleaning is not so good. They change your towels once every 4/5 days and you have no place to make the dry. The assets like towel, shampoo and soap was rarely provided we had to buy it separately. The kitchen assets were poor in general. One single glass, old pans, etc.
