Great location, very secure. Would recommend !

The staff were the highlight.

A bit old and run down. Ceiling tiles wobbly, toilet kept breaking. But the biggest issue was the insanely uncomfortable chairs! I paid for an apart hotel so I could relax somewhere comfy that isn’t a hotel bed. Sat down once and never again.

Clean facilities.

My room was next to the avenue where the hotel is located. This avenue is quite noisy during nights and early mornings, so I couldn't sleep properly. Another thing I didn't like was the fact that if I arrived late in the night to the hotel I had to wake up the person in reception in order to get into my room

I loved this place! You enjoy the privacy of having your own apartment with the advantages of a hotel. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, Internet worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, close to the museums, colonias Condesa and Polanco, and really well communicated with Metrobus if you want to visit El Zocalo, Coyoacan, etc. The area felt very safe.

Cleanliness could have been better. There was some hair in the shower upon my arrival, and the drawers of the kitchen had crumbs. Apart from that, everything was great!

The location was great next to main attractions. The bed was really comfortable and the view was interesting.

The place was nice but it doesn't have any AC and the microwave wasn't working. The TV remote was also missing and we had to manually change the channels and figure out how to use it while trying to relax. The other thing that was strange is that you only get one toilet paper roll and you're supposed to buy your own for the remaining days during your stay. Kind of strange considering it's hotel prices.
