IEYou have everything you need in this apartment, I work from home remotely so I was able to work from this place really well. If you close the windows you do not hear the tram passing by. That couch is very comfortable. Internet is very fast. I enjoyed the light from the sun in the morning when it was shining in the kitchen. The Albufereta beach is very close. I would come back for sure.
The apartment looks bigger in the photos, it is a small place where one person can live comfortably, but for 2 persons it might not be enough.
ESLa situación es espléndida, a tan solo 5 min del centro de Alicante en coche. Esta situado frente a una bonita playa llamada la Albufereta. Dispone de parking y el apartamento es muy completo.

ITExcelente apartamento, muy cerca de la parada del tranvía que lleva al centro de Alicante. Siempre hay aparcamiento disponible frente al apartamento. Muy cómodo y bien equipado para cocinar. Excelente comunicación con el propietario.

CZNice apt, but very cheap looking and not cosy at all Photos are much more better than the reality.
You will find the railways just behind the bedroom and kitchen windows. The last train goes shortly after midnight, and the first one goes at around 5 am. Almost impossible to sleep here, the whole apartment is shaking because of trains. We ran away as soon as possible from here
ATSehr gute Lage, zum Strand paar Minuten zu Fuß. Appartament war Sauber und sehr gut Ausgestattet. Gratis Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden wieder Buchen :-).
ROApartament curat, la 2 pasi de mare, ideal pt cuplu. A gost o alegere excelenta. Am calatprit cu metroul care e foarte apriape si am putut vizita multe locuri. Recomand cu toata inima pt ca a fost foarte foarte frumos.
Pe noi nu ne a deranjat nimic. Singurul inconvenient ar fi faptul ca metroul trece prin spatele caldirii si se aude, dar noapte face pauza, asa ca noi am dormit fara probleme. Probabil ar fi neplacut pt cineva care ar sta mai mult in camera, dar nu cred ca cei care vin aici, vin sa stea in apartent.
DEHübsche, kleine Ferienwohnung in der Nähe des schönen Strandes. Man kann zu Fuss gehen. Gute Ausstattung, modern und sauber. Viele Parkplätze der Wohnanlage vor dem Haus und frei nutzbar. Gut organisierter Remote Check in jederzeit möglich. Freundlicher Kontakt per Whats App, wenn nötig.
Direkt hinter dem Haus fährt tagsüber die Bahn, nachts ab ca. 22:30 Uhr ist aber Ruhe, also kein Problem, wenn man später zu Bett geht.
PTO apartamento estava impecável em termos de limpeza, havia mimos a nossa espera, a comunicação foi sempre rápida e efetiva. Em 5 minutos à pé estava na praia (linda, tranquila e ótima para banho), assim como também estava a 5 min da estação de trem que leva para o centro ou para outras cidades (como Benidorm). Recomendo vivamente esta acomodação!
Demoramos um pouco para encontrar a porta de entrada, pois estava de noite e não se via bem a numeração. Assim como a proximidade com a linha de trem causou um certo incômodo nas primeiras vezes que o vagão passou, o que logo em seguida deixou de incomodar.
