Es demasiado pequeño para 4 personas. . el sofá cama es una tabla, imposible dormir. Y si lo utilizas no puedes caminar por el estar pues no queda lugar. Las ventanas estan a dos metros de las vias del tren... ruidos PERMANENTES de 7 a 23 hs. Una pena.

La proximidad no solo a la playa de la Albufereta si no también a la de San Juan es lo mejor del alojamiento sin duda, pero lo bien equipado que está también hace la estancia muy agradable. La atención recibida fue ideal.

La zona donde se encuentra esta frente a la playa cruzando una avenida. El departamento es cómodo y estaba limpio. Y tenia parking privado.

Por detrás de la propiedad pasa el tren cada 15 minutos o a veces menos, se escucha mucho, se interrumpe por las noches pero tarde y retoma bastante temprano. No recomendable para quienes quieren descansar tranquilos.

Leider ist die Nähe zur Straßenbahn positiv wie auch negativ, die 1. Nacht hat es uns aus dem Schlaf gerissen, aber man gewöhnt sich erstaunlich schnell daran. Das Sofa ist zum Schlafen nicht gut genug, sehr hart. Ideal ist die Wohnung für 2 Personen, da das Bett, von den Kindern ein sehr gut erhalten hat. Schön wäre eine kleine Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus, aber ich denke das geht vom Hauseigentümer aus, dass das nicht gewollt ist.
