GBWe had a lovely stay at Jesus's Appartment.Such attention to detail and little extras.I bottle of wine little lollipops.The bed settee is very solid and comfortable.The beach only metres away..We are looking forward to our next stay.🙏🏻

AUBeautiful little apartment with everything you need. 3 minutes walk to Tram to go into Alicante city. Onsite parking. Easy access and very attentive host. Honestly not bothered by tram which runs beside it from 6.30 am to midnight.

BGEasily the best apartment we've stayed in! -Top location, literally under 5 minutes from the door to the closest beach and the tram that connects the area to the center, as well as to the San Juan beach (under 10 minutes to each direction) -Sparkling clean, smelled amazing and had all the necessities someone could ask for (coffee machine, all the basic kitchen utilities, hairdryer, clothing iron, cooling bag, towels, beach mat etc) -We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee capsules, a bottle of wine, coffee screamers, packages of sugar, even capsules for both the washing machine and the dishwasher) -The host was on line for us at any moment we would need him, and gave all needed information prior to our arrival -Easy getting in, using a safe next to the door with a code that's shared prior to arrival -Comfortable furniture, coffee table with rising mechanism, which made it really easy to enjoy a meal while relaxing on the couch -It's more than obvious that this host does his best and works with his whole heart for his guests! Other hosts should really take notes from him! Thank you for doing your job so well!
Nothing, everything was perfect! Even the tram that passes a few times a day behind the building is not as annoying as expected, we got used to it pretty quick and we never woke up because of it.

All was great, train was loud but for me it wasn’t problematic
SEThe host was very helpful and the location was great. The apartment has everything you need for a confortable stay. The free secured parking is also a huge benefit.
The only thing that we were not aware of is that the tram passes behind the building and so can be difficult for light sleepers, however it was not a problem for us. All things considered, it’s still the best value for money around Alicante!
USThe apartment was very clean, had everything you needed. It was very close to the beach and two tram stops away from downtown. We were there for only one night, was perfect to be closer to the airport (15-18 mins away).
