A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in per house. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released from your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account, which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will occur after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the rental terms and conditions have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 per house in advance of arrival at certain times of the year. Great central location to walk in to the centre of Dingle and as a base to explore the local area by car

Unexpected costs for electricity. House was very cold when we arrived and had to turn on all electric storage heaters to warm house up. It was not clearly stated that some money for electricity is included but after that is used up you have to top up to keep the house warm. Never had to do this on a rental before. Also reported to manager that there had been a party held in another cottage which is against rules. As one of our party could not sleep due to the noise.

"Cozy, quiet and comfortable stay"

The view from the house itself was amazing come morning time, ontop of this it was nice to have so much room inside the house itself to move around, everyone I travelled with commented on just how freeing it was to have the ability to move cause of how open the space was in the kitchen/living area.

If I had to point out anything it would maybe be we found a wooden spoon with mold on it, and maybe there was no vacuum cleaner to help clean the house before we left.

Good location and value for money.

Property manager was a disgrace to say the least, no manners, extremely rude and made things very complicated and stressful for no reason. Treated us like her own staff rather than paying guests.
