well equipped kitchen and great views - comfy lounge and beds nice to have a parking space under cover good to have a washing machine

Our only issue really was the non onsuite bedroom the bed was too close to the wardrobe and difficult to access and no where to put book or drink. sliding door wardrobe would be better option and the other bedroom not much room to get round bed. apart from that the accommodation was great

There is no dishwasher, so you need to go old school in doing the dishes by hand. (All tools are available including theatowel)

Not applicable but coffee tea and all utensils you would need are there for use

There was nothing to dislike apart from our stay was too short 😊

Nothing at all

The location was perfect…the view is stunning…super close to the town…ideal…

The terrace was dirty, if you have a cleaner it would have taken two minutes to sweep….we were reluctant to go outside as we didn’t want to tread that on their carpet… I realise it’s always going to get dirty…leave a broom or doormat..outside..?

The apartment was beautiful and location was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms well appointed and very comfortable.

Unfortunately we experienced severely strong winds during our stay and the French doors in the lounge let in the draft and made the lounge very cold, however there were very warm throws on hand to wrap ourselves in 😁

This is our second visit to No 5 Compass and we love coming here. The property is stunning and immaculate throughout. If ever you wanted a room with a sea view then No 5 is perfect . More than enough space for a family there are two good sized bedrooms one with an ensuite and another separate spacious bathroom. The hosts are lovely and have provided everything you could possibly think of for your stay and on this occasion had even left a lovely bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a special birthday. Parking at times can be tricky in Ilfracombe. Out of season there are a few car parks close by that can be used with the ringgo app but No 5 now has its own allocated spot close by which only makes this an easier decision when booking your stay. There are some great little treats to find as well that are within easy walking distance such as the George and Dragon pub. Santiagos and the Quays and a lovely little Italian place called Giovanni and Luca that do great pizzas.

There is nothing we do not like about #5 Compass

Well located - clean & tidy - great sea views- very fluffy towels.
