Price–quality, garage parking, contactless entry, nearby shops and cafés. There were dishes, various spices, coffee, oils, etc.

You need internet on your phone to check in. There were difficulties with entering the building’s parking — you need a second person to open the gate from inside the garage, and the entry is via the oncoming lane. It was clean, but not very — there were some dirty spots. The blankets and mattress were poor. The apartment does not have two bedrooms — there is one bedroom, while the sofa and the second bed are in the kitchen.

We liked the overall location and parking place.

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived before 22:00. We had to wait for couple of hours until it was. One bed is next to the kitchen.

The loclation is excellent. The place very clean.

Only 1 pot to use to cook & the cover was broken.

Very nice apartment 👌 cleaned and the area was beautiful. Shopping around the corner makes it easy for shipping

What I did not like is that nobody was there to open the door or text messages before the departure

Location

- Misleading regarding there being 2 bedrooms. 1 bed is in the main living/kitchen space and there’s only 1 bedroom. - No signal in communal hall so struggled to get access. - Cupboards were pretty much empty and the dishwasher was full (clean but full. Don’t expect to have to empty the dishwasher!) - No duvet or pillows on bed in bedroom (there was a blanket) - Pillows on toddler bed were used but there was no pillowcases/covers on them - quite unhygienic - 1 blind in bedroom is broken - doesn’t twist open - Garbage place - Instructions were not clear on where to were to put the garbage. We ended up just finding a public bin. If wanting us to empty the bins then should make instructions clearer or show it’s location on a map

Convenient location, lots of amenities nearby. Host generally timely and responsive. Flat has a balcony which could be a plus in summer.

Flat, which is a 1 bedroom, not 2 bedroom as advertised! was badly or not at all cleaned upon our arrival, host was responsive in sending a person to reclean promptly but first impression was that of disgust. Getting into parking is rather complicated as passenger needs to get into garrage from inside the building to open it for the driver every time. Matrasses seemed rather old and bedding not as fresh as one hopes.
