The house was nice,clean and quiet.

The outhouse was horribly smelly. And I broke my ankle coming out of it in the middle of the night. I guess too steep and slippery

1)the agent never sent us the code to be able enter the cabin 2) we have been calling them and waiting for 1h at least; no answer 3) finally we gave up, dtive to town and rented another hotel; so, WE DIDN'T STAY IN THOSE CABINS 4) what we saw out of the cabins was really dirty, trashy and absolutly unpleasant 5) IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE 6) WE DON'T ADVISE ANYBODY TO GO THOSE CABINS; THAT PLACE IS A TRAP 7) WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR COMPANY REFUND

Property was fine for our needs. It was clean and had some water for washing hands and dishes but not for bathing. Nice firepit outside. White nights.

Lots of birch logs in area but would be nice if they were split into firewood for firepit or if there was an ax we could use. A bit outside of Fairbanks.

Very nice place. Had everything you needed in the cabin. The cabin is a dry cabin meaning there is no toilet or shower but had everything thing else. Frig, TV , internet , coffee maker, drinking water cooler, pots , pans , utensils, heat, a fan, blankets, everything. You just had to go outside to use the out house. I highly recommend it for someone that would like to rough it a little.

Did not receive breakfast.

We did not know what dry camp meant. So when we didn't have running water we called. Was told no refund and did not hear anything back after telling the lady I have a lung disease that prevented me from walking up the hill to the outhouse. It was a terrible experience for a 74 year old lady. She did not get back to me after telling me she would.

Swarms of mosquitoes at front door in the evening. It was summer in Alaska but perhaps some type of mosquito repellent at front door

Very comfortable, well equipped except for running water but that turned out not to be an issue
