"Perfect location, perfect place inside"

Secure off street parking. Walkable to entire downtown area. Nice balcony. Clean and bright. Nicely furnished.

Needed a magnifying mirror in bathroom. Needed an alarm clock in bedroom.

"Beautiful place, great location."

The location was perfect to wander Manitou Springs and great breakfast place right below, The Loft.

Only thing I think that wasn't clear was that you do need to navigate about 10 steps from the garage to the floor the condo is on. There is no elevator there. We managed ok with our suitcases but others may not and should be aware.

Everything else. Amazing place and in the heart of a great little town. Everything you could ask for and more.

If you have someone in the loft area, creeks with every movement. I would recommend ear plugs.

"Exceptional"

Lovely apartment in the heart of old town Manitou Springs. Tastefully decorated with full size kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Secure off the street parking and steps away to catch the free shuttle to the Manitou Incline and cog train to Pikes Peak. Lovely balcony to enjoy your, morning coffee. It's great place!

Liked everything about the apartment.
