No elevator, wasn’t aware of it as we had a bit suitcase and it was challenging to carry it along with all our stuff

The front door lock was a bit unsafe the top lock is broken so I felt a bit worried at the lock that was on there
GBBed was comfortable. Telly had all apps needed.
Property was not clean. Pots and pans were rusty and dirty. Cutlery was dirty and needed re-cleaning. No glasses to drink from. Floors were sticky. Door was really difficult to lock. Crumbs on the sofa. Kitchen was falling apart. Dining chairs are falling apart. No plug for the bathtub.

The flat was advertised as 'luxury' but it certainly wasn't the decor was poor and facilities very basic. There was damage to the kitchen units, rust on the bathroom radiator and no toilet paper in the bathroom. It was advertised as having 'free parking' however all the street parking was 'permit holder' only and using the public parking would have been inconvenient ie. having to return to buy tickets and expensive. Eventually after 40mins I found street parking 15mins walk away.

I don't like being lied to, it states in the title Luxury flat, it was not. There were a lot of things that were broken and needed fixing, we wasted our money. You also had to walk up 5 flights of stairs, it had a broken lock, the bathroom sink had a crack, the kitchen cupbaords were peeling away and the view from the window was of a dumped skip with rubbish everywhere. We had a funeral to attend so we were stuck, I feel really disappointed and let down by the owners that they would advertise the flat in this manner. We will not be returning and I hope they fix all the issues.

AUWe loved the location, close to the Tube line also a major grocery chain nearby. Rooms were great, nice view.
No lift, stairs only.
