Stylish Flat by SN Homes - Zone 4 Abbey Wood London

It had plates, saucepans, baking trays, fridge. There are two bedrooms - one of which the bed easily slept 3 people, there was a single bed in the 2nd room and a pull out sofa in the living room. The flat looked just like the pictures and the host was very nice and solved any issues. The property was booked last minute (3pm) as a previous booking had cancelled and the host ensured I was kept up to date and I was allowed in by 5pm.

The flat is on the top floor with no lift so is not accessible to everyone but my group didn’t have an issue with this. Street parking is difficult as the spaces are used by residents so you may have to park further away. You can’t use the private car park of the flats as this is for residents use only.

Great location for Elizabeth line. Good value. Clean. Flexible host accommodating our unusual check in/check out times. Parking on nearby streets - needs a bit of searching out during restricted times (weekdays), but it’s close by and free. Enough room for me and 2 kids (sofa bed not too comfortable but adequate, and there is a double and single), with an adequate kitchen. Sainsbury’s a 3 minute walk next to Station.

Some moderate security issues reported to host - I won’t write them here, but they need fixing. Shower support needs fixing.

The location. Was close to a lot of dirt

The only things I like about this property is the fact that the train station is just 5 minutes walk away and the staff, Mide came to check us in very late.

1. The apartment is at the top of the floor, no lifts available 2. The shower head from the shower is loose so you cannot get the proper shower angle unless you keep holding it or rest it at the top. There was a bucket on the side though. 3. The shower pressure was too low 4. The bed was awful 😢 couldn’t sleep at night because of how uncomfortable it was 5. The bed sheets were dirty and stained. My husband found nails on the bed and other stained parts from the duvet. 6. The washing machine was moldy 7. We booked for 4 people but there were only 2 towels available 8. No hair dryer available 9. The tiles in the bathroom were moldy. 10. The window from the master bedroom doesn’t closed or is defective 11. The floors were sticky, like it was washed with coca cola or something Wouldn’t book here again

Initially we was happy as we got a bigger property, however not the one in the image in which I selected. A brand new refurbished 1 bed flat by the station.

The behaviour of the owner. He sent us to a different property when we contacted him for information on directions, to later request screenshot of my booking and conversation I had with him and where he sent me. "Accusing me of lying." Which was sent however he was not happy (he had made a mistake) He later showed up at the property late in the night and stayed for ages to continue discussing the matter. Being rude to me and my partner. Noisy neighbours all night and day banging and screaming. 930am the next morning the owner walked into the property with his own key and proceeded to walk around and when realising we was there he asked why (check out is 11am by the way) and proceeded to use the facilities whislt me and fiancee was upstairs. Followed by he wanted us out by 10am 1hr earlier then checkout. Baring in mind we are two females.

The accommodation was just as the pictures (bright, simple and spacious). The location was great, close to the train station and buses. There is a big supermarket few minutes walk and chicken and chips shop. The apartment was quiet.

The wasn't a full address on the booking which made it quite confusing to get into the apartment. The floor was quite dirty. It's on the third floor without lift, so if you have kids you need to keep that in mind. There aren't enough kitchen ware, just in case you decide to cook a full meal.

The location was nice and quiet just like it was descibed on the website. The station was close to the location and there are many shops to go to which are close. You have bus transport right outside the station if you wish to travel somewhere in the day. The host was very friendly and helpful. There is alot of space in the flat so my child had alot of fun running up and down running her energy out which was nice to see her being so free. The big size bed

The car gate before you get into the actually estate was a hot mess because i was standing outside in the hot sun trying to put the code in that never worked but they said it worked. So someone else in the estate gave me there code to get in and out. The stairs are alot which is to much for me as im pregnant and walking up those stairs is a killer. If your young and fit then you can go up the stairs with ease. The cleaner was still there cleaning when i got there because the guest before checked out late which is not there fault but i couldnt get comfortable properly. Its very hot in the flat being on the top floor and it doesnt make it better when the sun has been beaming in the flat for the whole weekend. It would be great if there was a air conditioner in there. The shower is to bulky they need to put a new shower in and plus it doesnt stay up properly on the hook. The bed was nice and big but the bed itself wasnt really that comfortable and plus the pillows was a bit to high for me.
