Everything is new and pretty clean. There is a good washing machine and dryer and it’s free to use it! Water refill, coffee and tea available all day. Possibility to cook something simple in the kitchen. Tv, video games and Netflix for guests use.

It’s a small hostel and dorms are pretty small too. It was more than fine for me because when I stayed there it was not busy (we were 2ppl in a dorm of 4beds) but when fully booked it can get very crowded I guess.

The location is handy, just five minutes from the bus station in Semporna, and close to anything you'd want to visit downtown - restaurants, dive shops, the jetty, etc. Use of the washing machine was very handy.

I chose this place based on its Booking review score and I really don't understand why it scores so highly. The dorm room was dirty - the beds were clean but there was hair all over the floor and in the bathroom. It was disgusting, so I used the shower room by the kitchen. When the male manager arrived in the evening and asked me how things were, I told him how dirty it was and he laughed it off and said "girls' problem!" I knew about things like the snacks and washing machine from Booking.com reviews, but the staff weren't able to/didn't explain any of this, mostly because they weren't able to. Could be good to have this even just written down.

No daily cleaning of the dorm/bathroom Ladies are reception do not speak English Hostel and Rooms are small, if fully booked might be crowded.

Eric was a really great host! He was always a message away and very helpful. He also organised our snorkelling trip of the islands and showed us a great breakfast spot too! You could wash your clothes for free and it was nice having free coffee / tea. The rooms were basic but very comfortable! Defo appreciated the aircon in the rooms and also the hot water for showers.

Is a little difficult to find initially but we called Eric and he came and found us :) Perhaps for the price it could be nice to have fresh towels / bins taken out of the room.

Our stay at this snug little spot was simply wonderful! The host, who's also a diving instructor, made sure our trip was unforgettable. He helped us organize island tours and shared insider tips on the best places to explore. His kindness really stood out. The place itself was small but super clean and comfy. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks and a selection of drinks available for purchase. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of adventure. Plus, having access to a washing machine and dryer was a nice touch – we just paid a small fee whenever we used the dryer. And location is great too. Tucked away on a quiet street in town, it was only a short ten-minute walk to the pier and the Watson/currency exchange spot. So convenient for exploring the area! Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this spot. With its warm hospitality, cozy vibe, and great location, it's a real gem that made our trip unforgettable.

The homestay is in good location if you are planning to dive, you can walk to the diving centers from here, around 10 min. Shops, markets are around. The room was quite clean. The room was small but we didn't spend so much time except sleeping so it was totally okay. The optional breakfast was good. Eric the host was helpful.

The bathroom was soaking a bit from the ceiling.

Free laundry, free snacks, coffee, tea. You can also cook, reheat meals.

There’s no signage that it is located in the second floor. Good thing I looked up.
