That there are no shower mats in the bathroom, this poses a serious hazard.
ZWI liked its closeness to most of the attractions and restaurants. Very convenient 👌
I didn't like the swimming pool it's not being serviced well. On the website, they said they had a gym as part of the package, which was not correct. We had to pay an extra fee for the gym.

We were a couple but the room had 1 towl. We booked for 2 nights however no one came to clean the room or bring coffee or sugar for the 2nd night of our stay. Only person we saw was the security

The host was not very helpful. The rule about visitors not being allowed was only sent to me on WhatsApp after I had already paid, which I find very tricky. They were also unhelpful when my flight was delayed and I asked for a late check-out — the only response I got was: “You can go to the coffee nearby to wait.” The price was also unclear, as it didn’t include the €8 tax and €18 cleaning fee. For this price, I could have booked a better hotel with more helpful service. It was a last-minute booking, which was my mistake, but I will never come back here again. I am very disappointed with the service. On top of that, the building felt unwelcoming, with too much security and cameras scanning you when entering the lift. I honestly felt like I was entering a CIA building. I have traveled to many places and stayed in countless hotels, but this was the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this.
CAThe location is pretty good for something in the center of the city. The area seems pretty safe (at least during the day). There are shops and restaurants nearby. I had everything I needed in the kitchen. The bed was comfy. Wifi seemed good, but I did have problems with Wifi calls a couple of times. The building security was great. I had a nice view.
It's a long, narrow apartment, and the furniture layout might not be ideal. I found the bathroom door annoying (I wanted to keep it open for ventilation while showering, but then I couldn't open the shower door). The stool at the desk is quite low. There are no screens on the windows/patio doors, and I did have flies and mosquitoes get in. The alternative - the AC fan - was noisy. The elevator is very slow, but the staircases are locked at the main floor except when staff is using them. These were all minor problems, and I was happy with the apartment for a week, but it's not a place I'd want to stay long-term.
