ZACheck-in was easy and seamless. The place is small and cosy. Very neat and clean, beautiful view of Lion's Head and Table Mountain. In walking distance to most amenities and coffee shops. Bokaap Deli nearby is the best breakfast spot (5 minute walk). Security in the building is good (access to elevator and rooms via PIN, visible security around). Smart TV to log into my Streaming Accounts, and small and comfortable working space for my laptop. Good quality appliances and crockery and cutlery is provided.
There's not a lot of room to move/work in the kitchen/small counter space. There was not a cloth or sponge provided for washing up (only a dish towel). Some of the power points (by the bedside) and light switches (for the main living area) were not working. There was a flushing problem with the toilet that made the water run continuously but security came and fixed it after maintenance had already left for the day. My suggestion: add salt and pepper to the kitchen amenities.
