O lugar é lindo, acolhedor e os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Café da manhã bom com opções à parte.

Na primeiro quarto tivemos um problema com o odor e solicitamos a troca, fomos rapidamente atendidos. Quanto as informações para nossa chegada, poderiam ter enviado com antecedência que o estacionamento do hotel ficava atrás do hospital. Demoramos para encontrar .

Most beautiful riad, good location just outside of medina, so not difficult to get there if you have lotsa luggage, most welcoming plate of dates, biscuit selection and fruit on arrival in room. Water in room always available after long day out. Friendly, helpful staff at checkin and breakfasts. Short walk to get to centre of medina to explore by yourself.

Music playing most of day, as its a riad, you can hear from most rooms, however, when we asked them to turn down, due to us wanting to rest, they did so,without hesitation. Loose tiles in room but covered by carpet.

An exceptional riad that beautifully combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The service is attentive, the rooms are elegant, and every detail reflects refined taste. A true oasis of calm and luxury in the heart of the medina.

De Riad was schoon en netjes onderhouden. Wifi was goed. Binnenplaats is mooi afgewerkt qua bouw. Met wat aandacht en details een prachtige plek van te maken.

Verre van 5 sterren. Zeer mager ontbijt, steeds lang wachten op koffie. Fel licht overal, nergens warm licht. Kraanwater badkamer viel geheel uit. Personeel vriendelijk maar leek erg passief en ongemotiveerd. Geen conditioner in badkamer, 4x vragen voor een fles water bij avondeten, erg gehorig, er is 1 lift waar je maximaal met 2 personen en 2 koffers in past. Erg weinig ligplek rond het zwembad. Zwembad is 1 meter en 7cm diep en was slechts deels gevuld met water. De achterzijde van de Riad lag aan een grote openbare parkeerplaats. Wij vonden het teleurstellend omdat we 5 sterren verwachtten en 4 sterren qua kamer aantroffen en 3 sterren qua service en 2 sterren qua ontbijt.

Dar Lys is beautiful. However we had a few things that weren’t the best. The shower leaks on the side wall and the orientation of the door makes it easy for water to drop all over. If you are at the property know that The water went off during the evening
