The property was an interesting blend of traditional Japanese elements mixed with more modern facilities. It was very nice to have two toilets for a family of 5 people. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the big center area of the house. The owner did a great job of explaining how everything worked and the check in booklet provided helped us a lot when locating the property. Even though the property was really far from the center of town, we still were able to find a FamilyMart and a couple of very local restaurants to utilize during our stay.

I really don’t have anything bad to add about how the host has setup the property. The downsides are all things that are pretty much out of his control (except for the tiny bath towels). The location was really too far removed from the center of town to really be convenient. There was a large steep hill that we had to climb in order to reach the property, and even though we only had carry-on size luggage, it was quite a lot of work to ascend to the top. As mentioned, the towels that were provided were incredibly tiny. They almost seemed like hand towels. The location was quite buggy, including mosquitos, that’s not really the fault of the property owner. The beds were very small and stiff. The house was clearly built for very short people because there are low beams everywhere. My 6’3” nephew had to duck his head all the time to avoid hitting it.

Super, authentique, propre et le petit spa sur la véranda est un vrai plus.

Il faut marcher un bon petit bout en montée. Avec 4 sacs à dos et 2 enfants c'est sport.
