"Excellent place to use as a base in the Philippines. Right next to the airport."

Ease of access to the airport. It was literally about a 7-8 minute walk to Terminal 3 at Ninoy. It is right on the edge of Makati and with a short walk you are in a nice area with fancy stores, hotels and a nice casino. Clean rooms and just easy access to just about anything you could need.

No breakfast included. There was plenty of eateries within 200 metres of the condo.

Nothing. Stay was excellent, close to the airport and metro Manila. I would recommend this facility to all.

"Good for overnight transfer. But some of the airport taxi have tampered meters and over charge the ride there"
