"The room was really good just the receptionist that spoiled it"

I liked everything about the room , except the woman receptionist downstairs who was awful and very rude she wouldn’t let me leave my suitcase there as I got there few hours early. I wanted to get something to eat but couldn’t leave my heavy suitcase anywhere so had to waste 3 Hours waiting for room key

The women on reception was awful rude cheeky and horrible . Dreadful

Room was so spacious and comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated. Location is perfect. Close to shops and the airport. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.
