Gute Lage und trotz der Nähe zur Straße sehr ruhig. Geparkt werden kann direkt am Bahnhof gegenüber, der öffentliche Parkplatz ist von der Wohnung einsehbar. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig.

Das Bad ist leider sehr feucht und es hat Schimmel an der der Dusche, der wohl nicht regelmäßig entfernt wird.

Las carreteras de la zona son especialmente estrechas, pero es el estilo rregional.

Location is great with the train station and buses so close and beach nearby. Tila was helpful when I contacted with questions, thanks.

Decor was nice but painting could be done better, bit patchy but honestly doesn’t spoil your stay.

Great location, house was nice, clean and had everything we needed apart from cleaning products! We enjoyed a lovely stay and felt safe and secure. Parking is a consideration if driving, but this is in no way a negative towards the property as it is made pretty clear that there is no parking provided by the property and some alternative suggestions are offered.

We didn't bring things like bleach, washing up liquid, scourers, sponges, bin bags and soap (and more toilet paper!) and it would have been nice to have these provided for us, or for it to have been clearer that they would not be provided so that we didn't have to get them when we arrived. We scheduled our arrival for 3-4pm. We arrived at exactly 4pm and found the cleaners still finishing up and so we needed to wait another 45 minutes or so. Then there was a plumbing issue which prevented us from settling in for a little while longer (couldn't be helped and the chap was perfectly pleasant and got the issue sorted straight away). None of this is cause for complaint really (these things happen), but in addition to this... ...it was not very nice to receive at least two messages prompting us to ensure we left by 10am on the day of check-out. We were very accommodating on our arrival, even after driving for most of the day down to Teignmouth, getting there at the stated time and still not being able to enter the property, and it felt like these messages were very impersonal (I expect they were probably automated messages) and not taking in to account that it was our hosts who had caused the only issue with entering/leaving the property because they hadn't got it ready for when they said it would be. Lastly, the weather was not great for the first 24 hours and when we arrived there was no way to control the heating because the thermostat had no batteries. It was a bank holiday Monday, after 4pm (see previous comments on when we were actually allowed to enter the property) and so finding batteries was challenging (Lidl to the rescue). I had contacted our host to see if they could provide us batteries, but they were unable to do so.

Properry needs some TLC...painting in kitchen/ bathroom..toilet roll holder broken too. No toiletries/ soap left Only 3 towels left for 4 people and short of pillows. Lock on shower room not working and door would not close, so not ideal
