"A relaxing break in the qaint old centre of this lovely Seaside town."

I liked the location, fairly central, easy to get back to from most areas of town. We had a problem with the hot water, we reported it to the host who quickly tried to sort it and kept us informed. The next day she had got the gas meter replaced and everything worked well. Very helpful, apologetic and compensated us for our inconvenience. So our holiday was a lovely break. Things can break down or stop working, a willingness to fix things fast and communicate was a blessing!

TV needed logging in. ??? Internet only. You needed your usernames and passwords from home (if you have this??) Who remembers to pack all this information? We were able to watch some things.

"Crap,we came home a day early"

Beds were comfortable

Property infested with ants.Double glazing blown,glass full of condensation making rooms dark.No instructions for shower,cooker,hob or t.v.We asked for these from your host but didn’t get them.We’re told we could park across road at station but couldn’t due to air show,your host failed to tell us this.

"The location made it very easy to have a good time!"

Location is excellent, close to the beach and very close to the train station. Perfect for a weekend away: everything you need for a short stay is just a short walk away. It was well equipped and clean.

This was a new holiday let, and there were some logistics issues that were however resolved satisfactorily. There isn't yet enough space to dry out beach gear and towels, but there is a small outdoor area that the hosts could make available for this.
