Charming 2BR Cottage in Devon | Fully Equipped & Cosy Retreat

Location and it’s a lovely cottage

Only criticism is it Could do with a dressing mirror (full length) and smoke alarm went off 3 times in the night. I will message hosts. I loved the stay though and will be back in a couple of weeks

The bedrooms and bed were very comfy as was the sofa. Lots tea selection. Nicely decorated.

Great location. Less than 5 minutes to the beach and 1 minute from the car park. Cute house, very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Letterbox rattles in the wind - not an issue unless you’re watching a scary film!

Great location. Comfortable and clean cottage. Rail and bus links very close by. Shops, pubs and cafes within walking distance. Communications with host through Booking.com very good and on the whole, a very positive experience.

The cottage had a damp smell on entering, but this was soon rectified with some air fresheners. Seemingly no direct heating i.e. electric/gas fire or instructions on how to manage the radiators.

Great little cottage easy access to town and public transport very cozy and comfortable

Gorgeous looking cottage in great location. Great shower in downstairs bathroom! Only 2 streets away from the seafront with bars and restaurants very close. Lots of parking less than a 5 minute walk away.

The cottage did smell quite damp. The en-suite toilet was very cramped. (If you're taller than 5'6" you couldn't use it without banging your knees!). Bedframe in master bedroom was broken and had been fixed using pieces of wood (was like this when we arrived). Beds extremely soft (just a personal opinion).

self catering all appliances and equipment were fine. The cottage was very clean and appeared to be freshly painted. As explained to us there was no onsite parking, but were informed hat the station carpark was very near and not expensive

We couldn`t get the television to work it needs instructions. The blind fell off in the toilet

Comfortable, well equipped, clean and in a great location.
